Meet our Founder

Colm O'Cuinneain is the founder of Let's Plan It, a company committed to assisting SaaS businesses in orchestrating strategic, impactful events that cultivate authentic connections with their customers. 

Colm's passion for events is not just a profession, but a mission to bridge the growing disconnect in the business world. He firmly believes that well-crafted events have the power to make customers feel valued and heard in ways that traditional marketing strategies cannot. Throughout his career, Colm has observed that customers who engage with SaaS vendors through events and executive interactions outperform those who don't across all key business metrics. 

Before founding Let's Plan It, Colm was General Manager and V.P. of International Sales at Greenhouse Software. He played a pivotal role in the company's global expansion, growing from Greenhouse's first international employee to leading an 80+ member team in EMEA, serving over 800 customers. He was also a member of the Greenhouse Executive Leadership Team and the Local Company Director for Greenhouse Ireland.

Prior to Greenhouse, Colm held senior leadership roles at LinkedIn and Oracle, where he honed his expertise in building and scaling high-growth organisations across various business functions. His background ensures that revenue, customer, product, and marketing strategies are aligned to achieve international growth objectives. Colm's extensive experience in the SaaS industry, combined with his B.B.S. in Marketing from Dublin City University, reflects his lifelong passion for connecting businesses with their customers in meaningful ways.
